Hi,
On 10 January 2026 around 5 pm, I purchased a meal from your Dandenong Market outlet. I used the kiosk to place my order after waiting for about 15 minutes because no attendant was available at the counter to take my order. After placing my order via the kiosk I waited for 30 minutes but my order was not ready. I had to call out to an attendant to enquire about my order. She was not customer friendly at all but told me "just wait for another 5 minutes" instead of "please wait for another 5 minutes" with an apology for the delay. Eventually, my name was called but no receipt was issued as I had placed the order via the kiosk. She told me to check with my bank app for the transaction which I know as I am not stupid but the items ordered will not display on the bank transaction.
The customer service is absolutely unprofessional. The staff needs customer service training and fluency in English as this is Australia.
A receipt mentioning the ordered items with the charges must be provided to the customer. It's the customer's right.

You can imagine their food handling from these pictures. @KFC-Australia where is the quality control? Cleanliness is at its worst. After seeing this, we the whole family went out of this KFC straight away.

Went throught the drive through at 6pm. Ordered zinger stacker box and was asked to park and wait. I parked with 4 other cars. The resteraunt was not busy, there were no ques in the drive thru and I had to wait 12 minutes for my order. I took it back to my hotel 3 mins away. The chips were old soggy and cold and it was the worst zinger burger I've had. It looked as if it was made days ago. Very poor quality and service.

Super overwhelming experience! All this while wanted to have KFC halal! Travelled for 45 mins to come to this nasty 🤮 dirty place! The service was messed up! The staff had no smile on their faces! Food was pathetic, over cooked chicken! They even mixed up orders! The washrooms are dirty, clogged with urine! They don’t even clean it! Benches are full of food particles, the floor is sticky! Ewe!

The food was good, but the service unfortunately pretty slow for a fast food outlet.. (considering there was 1 car in drive-thru & only 2 customers in-store)
