Pretty good day. My son was probably one or two years old for full on fun (12) it was definitely suited more for younger kids I felt. The Planetarium staff were absolutely brilliant. Food was expensive and average....but Grazeland is right next door.

Weve always been very happy with this mcdonalds until last night!
We were driving down ballarto road when we saw a sign which caught our eye. The El Maco is Backo. We loved this burger back in 2022 and the kids and I were so excited to get that taste back in our mouths.
We drove up to the drive thru ordered our food which to our disappointment we were told we dont sell the El Maco.
We were very disappointed and called the manger as we left. We were then told they put up the wrong sign.
Very disappointing and mis leading. How can someone put up a sign from 4 years ago and not even sell whats being displayed. We will not be returning to this McDonald's again
El Macko is no Backo its very Lacko and made us all Wacko

Absolutely revolting. My nuggets were cold, and the very top nugget had a squished bug embedded in it. I lost my appetite immediately. This is a serious food hygiene failure and completely unacceptable. Disgusting.

Absolutely appalling coming into a store, as a pit stop for the toilet urgently, absolutely no toilet paper, knew they were out, no signs or alternatives.
Come to order 3 ice creams, super simple quick order, wait ten minutes for someone else to order a drink afterwards and receive that first. Complete joke!
I get it’s busy and priority is getting drive thru orders out, but dine is absolutely littered with trash and no attempt to remotely get anyone to do a quick clean.

24HRS……… I DONT THINK SO!!!!!!
The store is meant to be open 24hrs according to the massive sign out front with the Golden Arches. Yet @1:00am Friday-11/07/25 drive thru is blocked off, and doors are closed. Staff inside and no one has the decency to let anyone know what’s going on. Extremely poor form
