We have recently moved to the area and hoped that this would be a great place for a meal/drinks that we could walk to. Whilst the convenience is awesome, everything else is a bit lacklustre. You're also encouraged to use the app to order etc, but it doesn't list the specials so you have to go to the counter anyway. A tangible loyalty card would make a lot more sense. The meals are clearly not cooked on site which is a bit of a shame. My ribs, for example, appeared to have been pre-prepared and just heated prior to serving (pretty cold by the way). Coleslaw was OK but, again nothing special. I guess we'll be back if we have enough pre-dinner drinks and a lazy gathering beforehand. Otherwise, we'll enjoy the other local eateries in the area. What something could be amazing falls significantly short in my opinion. Probably explains why it's never booked out and tables unavailable for meals.

Daughter and I came here to see Project Mayhem who are absolutely fantastic. had a meal before hand which was lovely and very reasonably priced then drinks in the sports bar prior to seeing the band. Well Donna you are an absolute delight, big beautiful smile and a personality to match. We had such fun talking to you. You are a credit to the establishment. We will definitely be back even if it’s only just to say hello to you.

This place is one of the few pubs left that still feels like a pub ! With the pool tables and sport on the big screen. Meals that come out quick and are always top notch 👌 catch a band and stay at the nightcap the room is comforting not that you’ll be in there with the pub right next door with good service 👍

Great night out last Friday, dinner in the bistro then into the sports bar for the band. Hadn't been out in a while so was great to hang out with friends in a great atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and attentive just happened to be served at bar by Donna each time and she was extremely friendly and even remembered what I was drinking 👍 👍

What a feast for Xmas day!! Cant fault any of it thank you! Huge constant selection of yummy food and deserts beautiful decorations happy friendly staff well worth the money no cooking no cleaning we will be back next year for sure!
