I came tonight around 9:40, as online orders shut at 9:30 I had to go in store as I did not confirm weather i was picking up the order in store or through drive through. As the store was almost closed the male team member who’s name i believe was Bohdi, on front counter served me with a polite smile and a greeting, I had explained my issue to him and he went above and beyond to ensure I had received everything i had ordered and paid for I understand me not selecting how i was picking up the order may of been a hassle, but he took it very professionally and went out of his was to complete the order not only accurately but hot and fresh.

This has got to be laughably the worst KFC in my life. I used to wonder who would come to Google to review a KFC? But please be warned, something will be missing or it will be so greasy you will wish it was missing.
GUILTY- I'm that person who requests no wings in the box. But when I receive ONLY wings and take it back, they swapped the wings back into the tray. In front of me, for fresh pieces. Lucky I didn't finger lickin lick those wings. Haven't been back since because I can't even imagine the food poisoning waiting to happen from that.
P.s. Whoever the manager is couldn't care less or that clearly would never fly. Sadly 66.6% they probably also didn't order in time and ran out of whatever chicken you need.

The crispy part of the chicken was very dry and tasted like it was overcooked. The oil must have been used many times without replacing it with a new one.

Cooper Clancy, unreal service aswell as everyone else that served me. Karingal KFC is hands down one of the best spots for a quick, delicious meal! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely tasty—classic KFC done right. But what really made our visit stand out was the impeccable customer service from my friend Cooper. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers, which made the whole experience even better. I highly recommend Karingal KFC for families and friends looking for great food paired with top-notch service. Definitely coming back soon!

i like ordering food on apps because i can customise my food without having to make a fuss at the drive through, but it doesn’t even matter, seemingly they just ignore the order and order notes anyways. always end up missing food, and today i ordered my food customised and when i got home realised nothing had changed, they just gave me the original item.
