A nice cozy place for catching up with friends. Gaming room facilities available and a fresh small open style area for smokers. A nice place to go to get away briefly with others.

Attended the first night of the new Aurora Cocktail Bar. Opening night numbers were down unfortunately but it only appeared to be marketed on social media. 2 live performances of which the second one was average. Interesting range of cocktails which can hopefully be improved upon. Great setting and views over the bay. A huge shout out to Rachel behind the bar who on the stroke of 7pm went above and beyond to keep a patron happy. Will definitely go again!

What an amazing lunch we had today at the Grand Hotel in Frankston! We actually asked the chef (who was new) to come out so we could thank him for the excellent food. The service provided by Ilene was fantastic - she was so friendly and attentive - we were very impressed with her exceptional service. We really enjoyed our time there and plan to come back soon.

Worst steak I’ve ever had! Absolutely disgusting! My friend even cracked his tooth on his steak. I have emailed requesting a full refund , Not one person has bothered to reply. Staff were hovering around our table, like like they were just waiting for us to finish our meal we felt very rushed, and I felt quite embarrassed as I was taking my friend out for lunch. Would not recommend !

Great Food, Big Portions — But Service Needs Improvement Food and pricing were amazing, and the portion sizes were spot on. I’m a big 6ft2, 115kg bloke and I left full — so massive props to the cooks for that. 💪🏽 However, the service was pretty disappointing. We had a table of 7–8 people, and I had to keep getting up to refill our own water jugs. After our meals came out, we finished eating and then sat there for about 30–40 minutes with all our plates still on the table. No one came to check on us, ask how the meals were, or see if we needed anything else — and this was with only a few other people in the restaurant. The staff could definitely improve their attentiveness and overall service, but the food itself was great. Thanks again to the kitchen team for the quality meals.
