I have been to this KFC a few times when shopping. It is absolutely filthy everytime. We got there today at 11:15am so it was hardly lunch rush. I cannot believe KFC would allow this sort of filth. And in a centre as well. I have never seen it clean. And in all honesty the staff don’t seem to care. I’m not sure if they have enough staff to be able to keep the place clean, but that’s not the point. It’s gross.

We ordered online via the app, received the completely incorrect order over an hour late. Do not order from here if you are hungry! It was truly insane, instead of wicked wings they cut up a burger patty (see photos)

I've been a fan of this place since it opened because their fried chicken is so good. But today, when I went to get my order, I noticed the chicken was much darker, and no taste probably because they haven't used fresh oil. I was really disappointed.

One customer awaiting order instore. Still no service at counter for up to three minutes while three staff hung behind the fryers socialising. The chicken tenders were ridiculously puny in size and they left out the aoli sauce.. also fobbed off a zero sugar sunkist on place of the requested standard. Tuesday 5.20pm. Just a Bit of a poor job politely put.
