Honestly this has to be one of the best Dominoes / pizza shops in Aus… for one reason… customer service. For 3 different reasons now we have needed help with bigger orders and the customer service that the manager James and the team have provided is honestly outstanding. Thank you team and great to see customer service alive and well.

We ordered 2x thin based pizzas last night. There were barely any toppings on the actual pizzas themselves. Paper thin should have been the description. Very disappointing. I have never heard one positive word about this pizza joint. I had never ordered through Domino’s Pizza until last night and I will NEVER will again. Ever!!!

Worst pizza ever. It was practically inedible. Really sad. Was looking forward to a garlic prawn pizza, and it was sweet, weird sweet prawn pizza. Dripping and wet. Curros were burnt and had very little cinnamon sugar on them, bland.
Will not be recommending or ordering from Dominos again.

We’ve ordered from this Domino’s 20+ times and only had to call about 3 (maybe 4) genuine mistakes. Today the manager told us we “complain every time,” which is rude and untrue. Past issues included wrong toppings, a sauce container placed on top of a pizza that melted and spilled all over it, and today the wrong base. We understand the base might not seem like a big issue, but we ordered it the way we like and should receive it correctly. Recently the orders we’ve received have been wrong, which is fine we know mistakes happen but being told we “complain every time” is very disrespectful and unfair when we just want to have an easy and nice dinner if we didn’t have a problem we wouldn’t complain and just enjoy our food. Not sure if there’s a new manager or staff, but the attitude has definitely changed. We’ve always been polite and understanding, but we just expect to get what we paid for. We love Domino’s, but we won’t be ordering from this location again. Thank you for reading, and I highly recommend ordering from a different Domino’s for better service.

first time ate shit pizza previous staff is good they make tasty pizzas bug now the two boys make them shit i bought twice and throw in bin straight away taste topping base sauce nithing good . i ask for deep pain they give me classic crust
