This place completely ruined my daughter's 18th birthday, I asked if they did custom cakes and they said yes, so I expect the cake to be made exactly as requested, I showed them a photo, and they said they could do it, today 5 hours before the birthday party I went to collect the cake I was disappointed and shocked to see that the cake was not as I had asked for and it did not have a regular shape and you could see the base of the cake because in some parts the icing was not placed well. And now before a manager answers me we are human, I am too and so is every other pastry chef who takes cakes, when we talked about the details they could have simply said that they were not able to make it and I would have simply thanked and gone somewhere else, they could also have said that they could make a similar cake but not the same and then if I had said yes I would have been aware that I would not have gotten exactly the cake I asked for, when I sent the photo to my daughter she started crying because it was impossible to find a cake only 5 hours before a party, and how can these people promise something they cannot do? It was enough to say that they were not able but for them money matters more than honor. They ruined my daughter's birthday, she planned everything down to the smallest detail she chose the cake months in advance and in the end she did not have the cake on her 18th birthday because of these people, I'm so angry. It would have been enough to say that they could not it would not have been a problem I would have gone somewhere else. They told me this was their best but when they took my money they didn't say we'll try to do our best and said yes we can do it the same no problem. You should be ashamed. On the right is the cake I asked for and on the left is what they gave me!!!

Went in for a custom birthday cake 20 th November they asked when I needed the cake I told them 20 th December for my daughter’s birthday. They said I was there way too early and to come back a week before as they only need a week for a custom cake.
Here we are a week before the birthday cake is needed and when they actually said to come and order and iam told they can’t do it any more and refused to take the order. Not only that they even remembered me coming in 3 weeks ago and even remembered the type of cake I wanted. There excuse was they forgot it was close to Christmas.
Poor excuse poor service and now I need to sort out a new cake shop for my daughter’s party at late notice.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The absolute worst place ever. I got a birthday cake from here $50 trust when I say the cake they gave me was very old stock. Super dry and way past its expiry date. I called the shop and the girl said she'll call the manager and they will call me back. Never happened. This is not my usual Cheesecake shop that I go to. Try the franchise at 222 Cranbourne Rd, Frankston. Always super fresh and great staff. I'll never ever ever go back to the Seaford shop ever again. EVER

Purchased a cheesecake with 2 days expiry that tasted disgusting. I travel to work via public transport and was asked to return the entire box in order to exchange.... I did not serve it to my family. Why serve old not fresh cake to begin with? Disgusting..... Will stick to my local cheesecake shop and definitely not return to pick up cakes for work functions or personal events...

I grabbed a cake from The Cheesecake Shop last weekend for a family birthday, and honestly, it was a hit. Everyone kept asking where it was from! The cake tasted so fresh and had that perfect balance of sweetness without being too heavy. You can really tell they put care into making them. Definitely coming back next time I need a cake
