My husband and I recently stayed at the Lancemore Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park after being gifted a voucher for our wedding, and it was truly an amazing experience. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The amenities were immaculate, and the attention to detail really stood out. To finish off our stay, we enjoyed a massage, which was absolutely incredible and the perfect way to relax. We also took part in a tour of the mansion, which was a fantastic experience. The mansion itself is stunning, and the rose gardens and surrounding grounds are simply beautiful. The food was amazing, and every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and memorable getaway.

A 2 star hotel masquerading as a 5 star hotel. Not one to ever leave reviews but felt compelled to write one to ensure no one makes the same mistake as us and spends their hard earned money here. Beautiful land and grounds but the hotel experience is tragic at best. β€’ general upkeep of the hotel is terrible with dust everywhere. It is extremely dirty. Buckets under the ceiling catching water, ladders lying around etc. β€’ booked hotel spa over 6 weeks in advance for it to be cancelled the day before and simply advised we don’t have the staff. β€’ ate at the hotel restaurant and afterwards went to the bar to be told they closed at 9pm (it was New Year’s Eve). Told by reception to have a drink in our room from the minibar as an alternative. I have never heard of a hotel bar closing at this time let alone on New Years Eve. The grounds are beautiful and the Shadowfax winery nearby is a great visit but there is absolutely no way this could be a 5 star hotel? There are about 3 staff members working and it feels like the hotel has been given up on completely?

Booked a night stay with dinner package. Very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom floor had stains & fluff was around the skirting boards. No chairs to sit on in a superior room. Went down stairs for a drink found a table which also had stains & had not been wiped. The hotel part we stayed in looked very tired and run down. I would say not worth the money we paid for the package. On a positive note we enjoyed our meal at Joseph’s the staff were very excellent. We enjoyed walking around outside.

Stayed recently and was really disappointed. The room was really small and poorly designed. The bathroom was extremely small and cold. There was nothing luxurious about it. It had not been cleaned properly. When showering you get sudden unexpected bursts of boiling water. Not in any way relaxing. Dinner was amazing. Separate review done for the restaurant. Breakfast was horrendous. Tea was in a thermos which had not been refilled which meant a help yourself tea bag and Luke warm water. Coffee came from a serve yourself machine. Staff were out the back chatting when there was no cutlery or serviettes. Eggs were rubbery and scrambled with all breakfast items in a weird buffet style that had no sense to it with breakfast items placed in 4 different areas. The pastries tasted like they’d been in the fridge too long. Honestly it was overwhelming bad. We checked out early and stayed elsewhere so as to not ruin our weekend. The mansion is incredible. The grounds are amazing. The restaurant is 5 star. The hotel is certainly no where near that.

A perfect two night stay, stepping back in time and exploring the grounds. Beautiful service spirometer all the staff making us feel very welcome. There is lots to do around the Manor on top of being so close to the safari zoo. Unfortunately did not get to try Joseph’s restaurant for dinner however looking at the menu we’ll be making it an agenda item next stay! ---{ Room Comfort }--- ☐ Pure luxury! β˜‘οΈ Extremely comfortable ☐ Comfortable ☐ Okay, but nothing extraordinary ☐ Feels like sleeping on rocks ---{Experience}--- β˜‘οΈ Unforgettable stay ☐ Captivating ambiance ☐ Enjoyable ☐ Has its charm ☐ Forgettable ☐ Erase this from my memory ---{ Aesthetics }--- β˜‘οΈ A visual delight ☐ Instagram-ready ☐ Beautifully designed ☐ Pleasant ☐ Average ☐ Below par ---{ Booking Process }--- ☐ Requires foresight and strategy ☐ Simple to reserve, but complex options ☐ Moderate β˜‘οΈ Easy ☐ Walk-in ---{ Check-in Time }--- ☐ Time seems to stand still ☐ Lengthy ☐ Average β˜‘οΈ Swift ☐ Depends on arrival time ---{ Service }--- β˜‘οΈ Impeccable ☐ Practice your royal wave ☐ Inconsistent ☐ Severely lacking ☐ Is anyone on duty? ---{ Room Size }--- ☐ Fit for a king ☐ Spacious β˜‘οΈ Standard ☐ Compact ---{ Value for Money }--- β˜‘οΈ Worth every cent ☐ Especially worthwhile with promotions ☐ If you're feeling splurgey ☐ Not recommended ☐ You might as well light it on fire ---{ Suitable for }--- β˜‘οΈ Couples ☐ Families ☐ Everyone ---{ Overall Rating / 10 }--- ☐ 1 ☐ 2 ☐ 3 ☐ 4 ☐ 5 ☐ 6 ☐ 7 ☐ 8 ☐ 9 β˜‘οΈ 10
