Hungry Jack's Burgers Werribee Plaza

If you want to see people never take pride in anything they do come visit this Hungry Jack’s. Photo attached is of the burger. I received poorly built and looks like it had been forcefully smooshed, the taste wasn’t very good either.

Ordered a Cheesy bacon jacks fried chicken burger and was given a spicy burger instead which i could not eat. Then at the last window receiving my food a young lady did not greet or care to look at us when handing our food over. She presented with attitude and did not acknowledge us at all. Her back was faced to us and swang her arm behind us handing our food. Disgusting behaviour. You have lost a customer!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡

The burgers and fries were fresh and served hot, which is always a big plus. Service was reasonably quick even though the store was quite busy at the time. The staff were friendly and handled the orders well. The place could be a little cleaner during peak hours, but overall it’s a good spot for a quick meal when shopping at the mall. Would definitely come back.

Served me unappetising burger, had mold looking like bubbles on top and the kiosks don’t even work. Service workers weren’t very polite no smiles or anything and I did not feel invited or happy to be here. Wouldn’t recommend

4th car in the drive through and spent 20min waiting for the first car to be finished served. Don't understand why they weren't sent to the waiting bay. More importantly if there was going to be a major delay we should have been at the speaker.
