When it's meat and rice for 98% of the burrito and the pico, "extra" (hardly a tablespoon's worth) guac and sour cream are only in the last bite, it's a woeful excuse for the one job you had.

i wanted a churro sundae so i ordered on the app but once i went to pick up my order they said their ice cream machine was broken. last time i came here last time to pick up an order and waited for 1 hr and a half for 2 burritos and the food was cold and not fresh. another time i ordered a spicy burrito and it was in fact, not spicy. do better team, and customers, save ur craving for another branch to avoid disappointment.

Today it’s happened again! This is my second negative review of GYG Werribee. I asked for a pulled shiitake mushroom burrito bowl today, and got home to a beef brisket bowl instead. Now as a vegan of 7 years this was absolutely repulsive. The person who took my order did double check they got it all right, and as seen in the picture the sticker and my order were correct, yet I received beef instead. Since I called to ask for a solution and got told to prove that it wasn’t mushroom but beef instead, here is the proof: multiple photos detailing the meat. My non-vegan boyfriend tasted it and confirmed it for me as well but I suppose I can’t provide proof for that. Was told if I can show that this isn’t mushroom I’d get a replacement the “next time I’m at GYG Werribee” I’m wondering why I wasn’t offered a refund and why I had to prove myself. Attached is a picture of my previous negative review that I had to delete so I could write a new one, detailing the exact same problem but a year ago. It’s time you start doing your job better.

I have always loved Guzman, but this store literally killed my vibe. The worst burrito I ever had. Not even warm inside. The chips they gave me as well was stale had to ask them again for a fresh one. Not happy. Driest burrito. Hated it.
