Ampol Foodary Werribee – Maltby Bypass is a convenient and well-maintained stop, especially for those traveling from Geelong. Its prime location makes it a great place to refuel before reaching Werribee or Melbourne. While it can get busy at times, the staff are always professional and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience. The station is clean both inside and out, with well-stocked shelves and tidy facilities. It’s also well-lit, providing a sense of security, especially for late-night or early-morning stops. Overall, a reliable and well-kept service station—just be prepared for some wait times during peak hours.

They don't sell maps of any kind, or truckies atlases. Although the girl behind the counter did say that she had a couple of Melways. I have to say the restaurant and food looks absolutely fab. Loads of parking. Unfortunately a lot of truck drivers stinking up the place using it as a permanent truck yard and not a rest stop, not leaving much room for the genuine boys on rest breaks, some even leaving their rubbish, old brake drums and tyres dumped there, local tip truck drivers obviously.

I highly recommend this stop for food and toilets. This Foodary is staffed by lovely friendly people who consistently provide great Food and Service! They have Lactose Free and Soy milk options for Coffee, and their coffee is delicious and hot. The food is great, there is an assortment of Tuck Shop regulars, breakkie burger, [bacon & egg muffins], and potato cakes I personally recommend. There is also lots of standing space in this venue, and many seated tables, meaning that even when it's a bit busier, you're not having to bump elbows with people as everyone moves around. [Edit: Oct 2025] Rather than write another review I edited this one. I still stop here often when traveling that side of the city, and stand by all of the above. I will add that there is plenty of parking for cars behind the place, where you think its just for trucks, its not very well signed, but, there's Heaps of parking. The staff and food are always awesome 🙌

Ampol fuel station located on the Melbourne bound side of the Princes Highway Plenty of fuel pumps to accommodate vehicles of all sizes from motor bikes, passenger vehicles to B Double semi trailers. Well spaced out and easy to navigate. Cahiers section has good selection of mini super market. Adjoined public toilets and large café with facilities for seat and sit down meals.\ Very busy as located on the main Melbourne Geelong Road. Toilets were clean, access for disabled people. I will stop here again for a rest or to get fuel.

Too expensive compare to other fuel station if my car fuel was not about to finish of reach me to the nest station I would not fill up the tank
