Morris and Heath – Hoppers Crossing A fantastic local brunch spot with a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The café has a modern yet cozy feel, perfect for a slow morning or casual catch-up. While we had to give our outdoor table a quick wipe and tidy before sitting down, everything else about the experience was spot on. The food was generous and full of flavour. I ordered the mushroom on toast — a beautiful mix of pan-fried mushrooms cooked in truffle oil and thyme butter, served with chimichurri, a perfectly poached egg, and creamy goat cheese on multigrain toast. Every bite was rich, earthy, and well-balanced. My partner went for the massive chicken burger — crispy southern fried chicken paired with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, slaw, and a tasty spicy burger sauce, all on a fresh seeded bun with a side of crunchy fries. It was hearty, satisfying, and definitely lived up to its name. We finished with a flat white and a self-poured chai — both smooth and well-made. There’s plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it a great spot year-round, and the shared parking with nearby shops makes it convenient to visit. Overall, Morris and Heath delivers excellent food, friendly service, and a laid-back vibe — a great place to start your weekend or enjoy a casual brunch in Hoppers Crossing.

Morning coffee fix by Morris and Heath. One of the smoothest caffeine hits in hoppers crossing area. Perfectly roasted, well-balanced coffee—hits just right every time. Their pastry cabinet? Dangerous. Big slices, big pastries, big temptations. Clean space, fast service, and genuinely kind staff. Polite, friendly, efficient—love that. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area and want good coffee done right.

Very nice brunch spot! Service very friendly and professional. Seating area quite spacious. Dishes are absolutely delightful. Tasty but not overwhelming. Portion size is perfect, not too much but not too less. Highly recommend their calamari salad. The salad was surprisingly enjoyable! Tasty, crunchy, and very refreshing 😻 Their coffee was in the smooth side 👍

Came for a Sunday brekkie with the family and was kindly greeted when arrived. No bookings required and was accommodated on a table that could fit our pram. Staff were friendly. Order was taken quickly and arrived quickly as well. Food was delicious and well presented. We’ve ordered the frittata, smashed avo on toast and eggs on toast with some add ons. All were tasty. Coffee was great. No fresh juices, but the orange cold press juice had a nice taste.

Family Friendly
