We had a lovely time at Bumble Beez! It’s just a few minutes’ drive from Werribee Town, though it felt a bit tucked away at first—we almost thought it was closed. But we’re so glad we went in! While the playcentre is smaller compared to others and has only a few slides, everything was well-maintained and very clean, which we really appreciated. The food is amazing as well. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome.

The worst place i have ever been it is disgusting. The staff are extremely rude and the prices are ridiculous. $10 for a small basket of chips that taste stale! I was so unpleased with our visit and it is such a waste of money. The entire centre is extremely dirty and rubbish and food scraps were smooshed into the floor everywhere as well as some areas being sticky. Whilst we were there i noticed sharp nails sticking out from the sides off play equipment that have obviously been tampered with and exposed which is something that should be fixed instantly, i notified the staff about it and an hour later no one had come to fix it. The owner is so rude and ruins the entire place. Would give 0 starts if i could don’t waste your money

A big shout out to Rose and Tracey, who made this event so stress free and easy. The venue was clean, the place was low key/not noisy but had heaps of areas for the kids to play in. On-site parking can get full quickly, but the street is so empty/industrial, there's heaps of street parking available. The place is set up so you can comfortably sit at your table but still see almost the entire play area without needing to hover over your kids - it was an absolute dream come true for parents of little kids who want to socialise and catch up with the other parents, without having to chase their kids around or defend them from older and bigger kids. The play area is capped to 8 year olds, which is really comforting since we've experienced at other play centres, bigger kids entering the toddler zones and causing chaos. Kids loved the food, loved the play area, grown ups loved the slide too (strictly as support folk for children scared to go down the slide by themselves, of course 🤭)... We stayed right until closing. Thanks Rose for setting up the room ahead - it was great to be able to drop off the decorations earlier on in the week, and just have it all ready to go on the day. We felt like VIP 👊🥰

Took my 6 month old here for the first time, we both loved it, I had been looking for a centre that was baby friendly as most are catered for bigger kids, the baby section is the perfect size for crawling and toddling bubs, coffee was tasty and the hot chips were a plus also! Will definitely be back.

literally never going back I kept hearing bad things about your centre but personally didn’t have an issue bringing my kid over the years until today when so much made sense. Firstly charging over double the price for under 1 year old is disgusting, usually $4 entry was $12 just because holidays. But the worst part was watching you and your staff constantly telling off young children for quite literally playing. You had your staff go around telling children to put the toys or soft play back in its original spot eg the dinosaurs were NOT allowed to be played with unless on the climbing frame, the wall blocks was not allowed to be moved a few cm’s over on the mats, the soft play equipment could not be moved whatsoever, so many families were in shock wondering where and what the children actually could do? It was like you sent security to man the centre, if children are doing the right thing and just playing, supervised and behaving how can you not allow them to be kids and enjoy the centre they have paid for? You are trying to uphold the “tidy” centre from your last bad review but boy are you taking it out of proportion, surely the equipment and toys can be put back later? Maybe get a buisness not involving children and families x
