If I could give this review zero stars, I would, but I’ll concede a single star because the food the chicken, specifically was undeniably hot. That, unfortunately, is where the positive experience ended.
Stepping into the restaurant, the atmosphere was utterly lifeless. It felt less like a fast-food establishment and more like a deserted tomb. The service was equally depressing. The staff was slow, disinterested, and communicated only in tired monosyllables. To be blunt, the customer service I would receive at a graveyard, where people are paid to be silent, would likely be more cheerful and attentive than the experience provided here.
What truly cemented the poor experience was the shocking state of the store's hygiene. Despite having just opened for the day (or so I was told), the floors were sticky, the self-serve area had visible debris, and several tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down since closing time the previous night. It is unacceptable for an establishment serving food to be that visibly dirty right at opening.
This location needs a complete overhaul, from management to cleaning protocols. While the chicken was hot, the cold, dead atmosphere and filthy environment made the meal completely unappetizing. I will not be returning.

Staff will see you but not acknowledge you apart from a few select staff members. The tables are akways full of rubbish and old kfc otherwise theyre wiped half heartedly with a dirty sticky cloth that is possibly used in the toilets for theur once a week clean. As toilets are disguisting. I guess if u hire teenagers Abd don’t Tran them to clean theyre not gonna. Tonight’s review was provoked as a smell of urine is throughout the entire seated area (which is located next to toilets THST never get cleaned). The smell is overbearing and we could not find a Singke space to eat THST didbt have the smell of piss. I do like the sliders when the bread is freshly done. Plus theres no toilet paper so dudes are using the girls toilets. It’s not like they don’t make enough money to employ seperately cleaning specific staff and a roster to check on rubbish / empty tables and toilet paper, cleanliness eyc. Theyre billionaire chains….. this is not acceptable whete fiid is sold and served/eaten… no wonder people get sick and diseases spread

Came here Sunday 4th of Jan around 8pm to grab some dinner, while ordering staff were throwing food at eachother being loud and were shoving eachother around. Look I'm all for having a good time at work but not when it leads to staff ignoring customers, cleanliness of the place there is none and the food yeah disappointing. Twister was thin like a chopstick the nuggets rock solid and the burgers looked like it got beat up before being wrapped, overall I would probably drive the extra distance to another kfc lesson learnt!!

Overall very disappointing experience and never will I return. Firstly the toilets were disgusting. They obviously haven't been cleaned for ages as there was poo everywhere.
Then the service was disgusting. Firstly I was dining in and was given it in a take away bag, after it was thrown at me. The only positive about the food was the chips. Ordered a three piece feed and the chicken was tiny, the breast was not a breast but a cut out bit of tired chicken. There was no gravy, potato, roll etc.
Overall a very expensive and disappointing lesson learnt. Looking at previous reviews it appears that the owners don't care about customers at all.

Very speedy food prep and always fresh, but oh are the premises filthy. I have never come into this venue and seen even one clean table or a decent looking floor!
PS: All the 5-star reviews you read are most likely to get the free promised drink! 🤔
