Vincent's Pizza & Pasta

Have had pizza from here 3 times and every time we have ordered it has been fantastic food ! Perfect dough, perfect sauce and perfect amount of toppings. Keep up the good work guys !

Do you love burnt and over cooked Parmas? Look no further! I’ve never had a positive experience with Vincent’s/parma Republica. They consistently burnt the bottom of my Parma. This time around, I actually put in the note on the order NOT to burn the bottom of the Parma. Just really disappointed guys.

Just pure oil on refried fries. It was mere oil that I could literally drench out of the fries. The worst fried I have ever had in 5 years. Just rubbish. A full cardboard box drenched in oil + 4 kitchen towels drenched too and still left with oil in the fries. Pure sheer trash was sent. 🤮 You'd taste oil more than potato in the first bite itself. 🤢 Bot recommended to be even the last place to try food. Plus burnt chicken fillets in burgers. Totally waste of money and time. NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND unless they provide the same order again in appropriate condition.

Ordered through DoorDash - waited an hour before calling to ask about my food, was told mine was next to leave. Another 35 minutes later (less than 2km away), this cold and burnt pizza arrived. Don't recommend. And watch out, they operate under a few different names to get more business.

My husband ordered an Aussie pizza with an extra egg. We got it delivered, and the egg is a bit uncooked. He rang them, and the man on the phone was rude. He didn't believe my husband. He sent another one and we gave them the other one back. I never said you didn't replace the pizza. Shouldn't have to ask for the pizza to be well cooked. He's never had to at any other pizza shops. The egg should be cooked. We're been ordering from you for most Friday nights. Normally, the pizza is good. But I didn't appreciate you ringing my husband late last night to ask him why I gave the review. When I went to explain it to you, you were very rude, wouldn't listen, and started yelling at me over the phone. That is definitely NOT good customer service. How many other people have you rang and abused because you don't agree with their opinions.
