This is a very bad experience from Kesari Manor Lakes restaurant. This is now the 4th or 5th time that we ordered Paneer 65 Biryani and found chicken pieces in it. We had complained earlier as well, but every time they just give a discount. That is not a solution. People like us don’t eat chicken. My husband usually avoids it on Sundays and Thursdays, but this time things went too far. We ordered Paneer 65 Biryani on Sunday, and it was also during Navratri. While eating, within 1–3 spoons, we found a piece of chicken in the biryani. This is unacceptable. This has already happened 3–4 times before, and we have complained, but after that they should have been more careful. A mistake can happen once, maybe twice—but this is the 5th time. This clearly shows they don’t care. They should understand that many customers are strictly vegetarian. Especially during Navratri, being an Indian restaurant, they should know most people do not eat chicken. This is disrespectful and deeply hurtful to our faith and beliefs. We went to bed hungry because of this, and the emotional hurt was something else entirely. Accidentally putting a piece of chicken in the mouth for someone vegetarian is extremely distressing. The staff also do not seem to care, which makes it worse. This is a very, very bad experience. There seems to be no improvement, no hygiene, and no responsibility. A vegetarian order should be strictly vegetarian—this is the minimum respect a restaurant should have for its customers.
