For a place known for its seasoning this restaurant really doesn’t like to give any. From stale chicken to stale salt-less chips (even when asking for extra salt) it’s just depressing, so I can’t blame the staff for their monotone voices and lack of customer service.
I’m convinced all the positive reviews have mixed this place up with another store (like Werribee) as there has always been quality issues with my orders (don’t have the issues with any other store)

This is the go to KFC in the area. If you ever need a large order for a function and want it to be spot on this is the place to order. Rhianna is absolutely amazing and should be an area manager. Her customer service skills and up beat attitude are exceptional 👌

I came in on Saturday 23rd August at approximately 11.30am, and was served by James. What a fantastic example of customer service. We had a large order and James ensured all our food came out at the same time, in the correct order and was patient enough to ring it all up individually. Thank you making it so easy. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely amazing experience at KFC Werribee. Everything was perfect fresh, hot food, great prices, and super-fast service. The store is spotless and well-run. Ubah delivered exceptional customer service, friendly and professional from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 experience and the best KFC I’ve been to.

We recently ordered a family feast at this restaurant, and Chloe, one of the employees, provided exceptional customer service. Not only did Chloe greet us warmly, but they also took great care in preparing the food. I highly recommend this place, and I believe they should hire more employees like Chloe to ensure that every customer receives the same level of service.
