We had such a lovely time here. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and well organised. The space was clean, spacious and thoughtfully set up, and my little one genuinely enjoyed every part of it. The activities kept him engaged, the food options were great (and halal, which we really appreciate), and the staff were so supportive and kind throughout our visit. It’s one of those places where you can actually relax while your child has fun. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to and recommending to other families 🤍 If

Friendly staff and great service. The place is amazing and the kids enjoyed it. The Lemon Pepper Calamari was great. The Lamb Gyros was too dry, and the pita bread was hard and not warm at all. The Pepperoni Pizza was freshly made. The kids’ meal Macaroni Bolognese was very disappointing. It wasn’t hot when it came out, and it seemed like a frozen meal that was reheated. It was watery and lacked proper sauce. My daughter love pasta but this time she didn’t even finish it she just had a taste she knew straight away she didn’t like it. Overall, it was too pricey, especially the kids’ meal.

Wonderful place for kids and parents. Hoopla takes childrens, parents and staff safety seriously which is good. Facilities are excellent. They also include a mother's room with chairs for breastfeading and baby change. Toilets are clean. They even offer complimentary breathalyzer so you don't get caught out. Food and drink options are good and staff are helpful. As for kids activities this is what it's all about. Toddlers must be supervised by parents in the toddler area, but kids over about 5 can be left unattended in safety. Expect most children to be exhausted by the time you finish and parents can relax and enjoy food and drink while the kids play. As a grandparent I highly recommend them. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the price of cocktails and some drinks were a bit pricy.

Good place for kids to play with plenty to keep them busy. Pool tables available for adults. Be mindful that many add-ons aren’t included in the online ticket price. Menu has some good food options, making it enjoyable for families overall

Amazing place for kids to enjoy. There are lot of activities for them to keep engaged. Big slides, play area, claw machines, bowling, pool table. It's spacious and let of tables for the parents to wait and order food from the kiosk. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming. We order coffee and wedges while we waited for my kid to finish playing which were OK.
