My partner and I dined on New Year's Eve at Volcanos. We had a great experience.
The mocktails were very refreshing and very well presented.
The steaks were amazing, great quality meat and perfectly cooked. Great size meals.
Customer service was excellent, particularly Taha, who served us during the night. She was amazing, very helpful and happy. She definitely contributed very positively to our experience.
It's not a cheap place, as any other steakhouse, but the quality and service is worth it.

I ordered wagyu spring rolls, which were amazing. I had the scotch fillet cooked well done, and I really loved that it was properly well done without being burnt, still tender, and with no redness in the steak. My husband ordered the dry-aged bone-in rib-eye, cooked medium-well, and it was nice as well, though I felt the portion size was a bit small (but I could be mistaken).
The food overall was excellent and the service was very good. I ordered one of the mocktails, which I didn’t enjoy, and I’m not sure if I was sensitive to one of the ingredients. When I mentioned it to the waitress, they kindly replaced it and didn’t charge me, which I really appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent. The place little bit noisy haha but it is nice

Heard alot about VOLCANO STEAKHOUSE so we decided to try it today. Went along with my bestie to celebrate hubby's bday dinner at Volcanos.
We were served by ART who really helped us decide the menu.
The food was very delicious. Ambiance was very good. Nd the food didnt took much time after ordering.
10/10 for everything ...

We came here for my birthday dinner it was an awesome experience very delicious, the staff where very friendly, our waitress Taha was super helpful, 1st to this resturant but we have been a few times to there Sydney resturrants.
It was busy, yet the food came out very fast, it’s was well cooked hot and delicious.
Between my wife and Taha they secretly aranged a surprise birthday dessert for me and a few other staff came out all together and surprised me , I also had a heart attack lol
Over all it was a great experience and special thanks to my wife and the staff.

Tried the mango mocktail and rump steak lunch special which is great value. Not a fan of the smokey wings but thats a taste thing. Wish we had a volcanoes in our side of Melboutne. Easy to book and they accomodated us when we turned up early.
