This is now the second time I’ve received a frappe with a sliced cup, and I only realised once I got to work and found my entire car cup holder drenched in frappe. It’s honestly so frustrating.
The workers aren’t checking the cups properly or doing it on purpose because this shouldn’t keep happening. When you’re paying for something, the least you expect is a cup that isn’t damaged.
Really disappointed and hoping this gets addressed.

Stale cheese burger and cold and stale chips.. not cooked fresh at all.
New day 17/10/25 Again ordered food for delivery and no pickels in burgers and chips cold and hard. Delivery only 7min from location . Don't go to this place even if it's conveniently close. You'll get better food elsewhere.

You are charged for a coffee frappe that includes whipped cream, yet you only receive merely a small dollop and small amount of chocolate syrup.
Not align with what is advertised. Why am I paying full price then?
I urge you to train your staff better, as this is not acceptable and a level of carelessness from your team.
Given the recent negative feedback from other customers, it would be wise to have a store meeting to go over every complaint to improve your store.
Currently, it appears that management is not concerned. If it happens again, I’ll be sending an online complaint to McDonald’s Australia.

McDonald’s Thomastown always delivers a consistently good experience whenever I stop by. The restaurant is clean, spacious, and well maintained, even during busy periods. The staff are friendly, polite, and efficient, greeting customers with a smile and handling orders quickly. My meal was fresh, hot, and neatly presented, and I received it in under five minutes despite the lunchtime rush.
The drive-thru service is fast and well organised, with clear communication and minimal waiting time. The dining area and bathrooms were spotless, which shows good attention to hygiene and cleanliness. I also appreciate that the parking area is easy to access and there’s plenty of space, which makes quick stops convenient.
Overall, this branch stands out for its excellent customer service, prompt preparation, and clean environment. It’s a reliable spot for a quick meal, coffee on the go, or a late-night snack. Definitely one of the better McDonald’s in the northern suburbs. Highly recommended!

This store was pretty quiet when I attended. The food was fresh and got though thankfully, they were efficient and accurate which isn't the usual experience I am use to when going to any McDonald's stores. I'm very satisfied that my husband and son were satisfied with their meals and I'd recommend this store for its quality of service and food.
