Hands down the worst put together meal I have ever paid hard earnt money for.
Ordered a “Classic Angus Meal” as it looked good and filling in the picture, but what I received was abysmal. As I had a trailer with motorbike on the back, I could not go instore to complain and show the manager the poor”product” their business is producing, and was hungry, so eye it. But as you can see-Ingrediants missing, ZERO care in putting the burger together.
Give them a miss(was tossing up between KFC and MCD’s as they are right beside each other-I know what I’ll do next r time)

We ordered two coffees and one of them was served cold. I went back through the drive-thru and was told at the first window “I don’t make coffee, report it at the second window.” When they finally remade the coffee, it tasted awful. The staff had a very poor attitude, no customer service, and no one seemed willing to listen or take responsibility. Very disappointing experience.

Your floor/shift manager Anastasia needs to find a new job. No customer service skills. Extremely Rude and certainly does not know how to take an order and just cuts you off.

Worst Macca’s ever, rude workers, cold food, when ask for ham and cheese toastie it’s not even toasted they leave it in for 2 seconds then take it out, ordered a large vanilla latte with extra vanilla syrup it’s never done and when I tell them they roll there eyes and be rude about it and snatch the coffee off you.
Not 1 worker there has a smile on their face they will just grease you off when you say thank you.
Worst maccas and customer service ever how are they even still getting people to go there.

This Maccas had filthy tables all round.
They lad who makes the burgers thinks he is in an F1 pit crew throwing condiments everywhere but the burger.
He then spins the boxed product as fast as he can from one end of bench to front counter.
We have watched this closely before.
Our burgers were covered in sauce everywhere with filthy sauced fingerprints all over the box. Turn off.
I ordered a Big Arch not a burrito bowl.
I've politely addressed this to staff the last time only to be gaslighted that they would look into it.
Look into what? This happens in real time nearly always.
So for that reason Lyndarem Maccas, this is what gets posted especially when nothing is cheap anymore.
Do better.
Most other Maccas do.
Example? Fawkner... perfect and fresh everytime.
Greensborough Maccas. They care.
I can keep going but I've made my point.
