I was in Melbourne for the week and this was easily the best oat milk matcha latte I had while I was there. I went close to closing so there was no line, which was a bonus.
The iced matcha latte (with oat milk) was perfect in every way; smooth, strong, not too bitter and not too sweet 💚 And just look at that COLOUR!! I’d honestly come here everyday if I lived in this city. The cakes in the cabinet looked beautiful too, though I didn’t try any as I’m not much of a sweet tooth.

I had the banoffee pie and the black sesame matcha! Looks good and taste great🥳
You might expect a queue, but it’s worth the wait!

A cafe selling a variety of drinks, such as matcha, and many desserts like cheesecake, madeleine, cakes, and more! Tried their matcha strawberry drink and some of their desserts. The drink has a nice taste of strawberry with hints of matcha, although was expecting more of the matcha flavours. As for the desserts, tried their madeleines. It has flavours, but it can be slightly too sweet. Also tried their madeleines Ube Basque Cheesecake, which was the best part as it is packed nice flavours, nice creaminess, and the cream and crust that comes with it pairs nicely with the cheesecake. The place has a very cosy ambience, great for enjoying the drinks and desserts. Overall, a great place to visit, highly recommend the cheesecake!

Top quality food and drinks!
We stopped by Tori’s out of curiosity after seeing it recommended all over social media. Even though it’s tucked away in what feels like a back alley, the line up out the door told us we were in the right place. I almost turned away, but curiosity won—and I’m so glad it did.
The drinks and pastries were absolutely worth the wait. Every flavor we tried lived up to the hype, and then some. On top of that, the staff were warm, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend giving Tori’s a visit—you won’t regret it.

If you’re a matcha lover, Tori’s in Melbourne absolutely needs to be on your radar. I came here for their signature iced matcha strawberry, and I can confidently say — it’s arguably the best in Melbourne. The matcha is smooth, perfectly balanced, and the addition of fresh strawberry takes it to another level. It's refreshing, rich, and honestly addictive.
The moment you walk in, you're greeted by their front cabinet of cakes, and it's impossible not to be blown away. Everything looks stunning — but more importantly, they taste just as good as they look. I got the whole matcha cheesecake, and to this day, it’s the best matcha cheesecake I’ve had in Melbourne — and anywhere in Australia, full stop. Creamy, earthy, perfectly sweet — it hits every note just right. You really have to try it to understand how good it is.
Tori’s has earned its reputation, and it’s easy to see why — their matcha drinks and desserts truly speak for themselves. I still need to explore more matcha spots around town, but so far, Tori’s holds the #1 spot for me. Highly, highly recommend!
