Wow. I think we have all seen the decline in the fast food restaurant industry but this was new low for me. Fisrts time I felt comeppled to write a review. Apart from the food looking nothing like the menu photos. I mean really nothing like it. The poor squished blob of a munted burger I got after a 15 minute wait would never want its photo taken. I have no idea how the ACCC allows the false advertising to persist. However, this review is about the rubbish. On most tables, none were clean. Bins overflowing. It was a disaster. And it was not very busy with customers. Very disappointed.

I had a really positive experience at Hungry Jack’s Epping, largely thanks to Angel Sujith. She was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming from the moment I was served. Angel handled her work confidently and efficiently, even while the store was busy, and made sure my order was correct and delivered promptly.
What really stood out was her excellent customer service and positive attitude. She was patient, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about giving customers a good experience. It’s clear that she works hard and takes pride in her role.
Angel Sujith is a fantastic worker and a real asset to the Hungry Jack’s Epping team. Staff like her make customers want to come back. Highly recommend!

I was waiting for a delivery pickup for Charlie at Hungry Jack’s Epping and waited for about 7 minutes. After that, the staff showed very rude and unacceptable behaviour, which can be considered racist. They spoke without respect and basic manners.
Another delivery driver had already picked up an order without a delivery bag, so they clearly know that a bag is not always required. I have been working with Uber Eats for over one year, so I understand the delivery rules very well.
This is not the first time I have complained about Hungry Jack’s Epping. If this kind of behaviour continues, I will not do deliveries from this store anymore.
Please take this matter seriously.

Today I went to pick up an order from Hungry Jack’s, 571–583 High St, Epping. The staff had no basic customer service manners at all and did not know how to speak respectfully to delivery partners.
The order was not prepared on time, and there was no proper communication. The staff attitude was very rude and unprofessional. Because of this behaviour, I have decided that I will never pick up orders from this Hungry Jack’s again, and I will also advise my 10 friends and other delivery partners to avoid this store.
Another serious issue is that the staff members were not wearing name badges, so it is impossible to identify who was working there.

best fast food service out there. The girl named Angel was serving me, the most sweetest and efficient girl that works there. I love her constant replies and she was very PROFFESIONAL. Anyway the place was quite clean and amazing food was above expectations!!!!! I love Epping guys go here please.
