I ordered two regular popcorn chicken boxes from KFC, but both were only half full. This feels like blatant cheating and poor service. I paid for full portions, not half-empty boxes. It’s incredibly disappointing and feels like I was robbed of what I paid for. KFC needs to take responsibility and stop shortchanging customers.

I haven't been to KFC in the good part of a year because of some poor experiences in the past. The other day on the first of December I decided to treat myself and my family and get some fresh hot KFC, I expected the worst but to my surprise I was served by a tall blonde bloke who gave me some of the best KFC I have ever eaten in my life 5/5 I will be coming back, thank you for restoring my faith in KFC.
Such a friendly demeanor and a refreshing view on the level of customer service that can be delivered.

And got a burger with bacon!
The lads were amazing but i just feel a bit disgusted with bacon as it’s against our religion!

The food served was pre prepared and was not fresh, it was not even mild warm. Almost all the table was not cleaned. Food was too much oily.
I appreciate the effort you took to reply for my review. I could not reply for it that's why I am editing my review comment itself. If you genuinely think of improving I would be happy to suggest some basic needs which a customer expect .
1 . A neat table to sit and have the food.
2 . Fresh cooked meal, served hot.
I think this will make it better.

This is definitely one of my favourite KFC locations! It's always a reliable choice for the family. During my work break, I stopped by and was served by a friendly young man named Jake. I decided to try the new Zinger kebab, and it was a great choice! The service was quick, the food was hot, and the overall experience was fantastic. This is my go-to KFC for sure. Thanks, team! Got a free drink too; love it!
