Last 2 times we have got KFC from here has been terrible. The burgers were passable, but the chips (as you can see from the photo) were all hard and yuck. This was the same in all 4 large chips that we had received with the burger feast meal. Nowhere near as good as it used to be. Stay away from this store!

Very disappointed with my recent KFC order. All 5 chicken tenders I received were tiny. They were about 5cm each - and looked like nuggets. When I raised it with staff, they blamed it on a supplier issue. If you’re going to serve portions this small, at least take responsibility and make it right for your customers and replace them with proper sized ones as per the image advertised. Definitely not the KFC quality I’m used to.

I ordered an original crispy chicken burger and the entire chicken was dry and I physically could not bite through any part of the chicken. Spent money on food I can’t even eat that’s horrible and this kfc needs to do better.

I would like to say that the staff must stop getting on the piss before work, as on the 31/07/2025 at 7:23 as everyone on that shift this evening they kept dropping trays and the first one made me very scared as I got frightened and dropped my zinga.
So I had gone and spoken about the matter and they would not provide me with anything but a crumpled bacon

Came here and ordered the value feast and this is what please don't come here they are incompetent dont bother coming to this store you will be disappointed and probably get someone else's meal your staff need to be re trained
