Friendly service but they never put any sauce in the chicken royale burger and the chips are too salty

The experience at this establishment left much to be desired. From the outset, it was clear that the place was poorly managed. After a recent visit the issues remain unchanged. The food quality was subpar, lacking freshness or flavor, which made the meal entirely unsatisfying. Compounding the disappointment was the fact that their soft serve machine had been broken for weeks, with no apparent effort to repair it. For a place that likely relies on this feature to attract customers, this oversight felt inexcusable. The lack of attention to maintenance suggests either a disregard for the customer experience or a reluctance to invest in the business. It raises the question: are they simply unwilling to spend money to fix these issues, or do they value profit over their patrons’ time and satisfaction? Either way, it leaves a sour impression. Overall, this place comes across as unorganized and lacking in basic customer care. For those considering visiting, it may be wise to look elsewhere to avoid wasting time and money on what is ultimately a frustrating and disappointing experience.

worst hungry jacks ever!! Do not come here. I would not feed this food to my dog! Everything comes stale. I asked repeatedly for fresh chips and HOT chips and they came cold and stale. Burgers came cold and all the topping were slopping around. Staff do not care to read orders properly. Everything is disappointing and purely disgusting at this place. Yes it’s takeaway, but we are still paying a lot of money for food WE are buying. Do your job. I have had this experience at this same hungry jacks multiple times, yet for some reason still keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and returning. Never again lmao

Lunchtime is not good time to visit the Mm I'll Park store. Parked and went in store and up to counter. Not busy inside but several in drive through. Seemed to be only 4 people working, maybe rest on lunch. It took quite a while for anyone to come to serve me then several minutes more to get burgers. Their queue for drive through service blocks you from getting out of parking spot if they are busy so avoid that if you can. Food was good though.

09/12/2023 With the weather not allowing us to have my son's 6th birthday at the park, we relocated to Mill Park Hungry Jacks. The staff were so understanding and helpful. The outdoor area was perfect for our group of about 50 people. The kids meals were perfect size for the kids, the coffee was GREAT and there was plenty of space for the kids to play with the Mascots I had hired for the party. To the staff and management on this day, thank you so much. You really saved me and my son said he had the best party ❤️
