The food was OK with steaks, crepes, Cajun chicken salad. We also had the Dubai and Sticky date pancake which was good. After there were a few mistakes with the steaks, we greatly appreciated the attention Oli gave to us to make sure we were taken care of.

I drove an hour to attend a meeting and decided to try this branch for sweets. The place itself is nice, and I appreciated the ample parking. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The loaded fries were burnt, and at $19, the portion and quality didn’t justify the price. The crepe was also underwhelming—so small it felt like a kids’ serving, yet charged at full adult price. The only item I enjoyed was the cinnamon scroll pancakes, which were reasonably sized and tasted good. Overall, it felt like we ended up paying more for the space than the food itself. It's 24/7 so if everything is closed..visit

This is one of the few options in east Melbourne for dining and gathering until late night. As it can be guessed from the name, the pancakes are great. I personally love the strawberry one. I have also tried the food options. You can experience options with a fusion of multiple cuisines. Overall, this is highly recommended if you are in Doncaster or nearby suburbs.

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Pancake Parlour in Doncaster. The menu offers a great variety sweet and savoury options that cater to every craving. The coffee was strong and smooth, and the service was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. The cozy decor and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a weekend brunch. Highly recommend this place if you’re a pancake lover or just looking for a comforting, delicious meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The cheese and potato pancake is my go-to here and it’s consistently delicious. The malt milkshakes are phenomenal, and being open 24 hours makes it a great late-night option. It’s a frequent spot for me and some mates — we’ve even played board games at the tables and the staff have always been cool about it. The place is clean, there’s ample parking, and the animated clock feature on the hour is a fun touch. The prices are astronomical for pancakes. Adding even tiny bits of bacon to a pancake will set you back a small fortune. Their rewards program via the app is decent, but you’re very limited in what you can actually redeem cheaply. Even a post-mix Coke costs way too much. The biggest issue for me is the seating. The booth tables are an extremely tight squeeze. I’m a big guy, but the tables dig into my body so much that it’s genuinely uncomfortable and even physically painful to sit there. Staff are always friendly, though at times they can be a bit inattentive. Overall, great food and atmosphere — just wish the pricing and seating were more forgiving.
