Paid extra for a spicy chicken fillet in my wrap. One fillet was actually spicy, but the other? Just a regular fillet buried at the very bottom. So basically I paid extra for spicy and got… regular. Wow, what a deal🙄. This isn’t the first time it’s happened here—consistency seems to be their specialty. Nope, won't be coming back.

Hi all the others here are very new and are doing well, I noticed this one worker “Angus” he serviced me with a smile and said thanks have a good day. Even though I was having a bad day, his haircut and the way he presents himself was great !!

Best McDonalds I've been!! Order was spot on. Everything the right temperature. Staff was friendly. Restaurants kept clean! (Unfortunately very unusual for Maccas in Victoria). Well done McDonald's Blackburn!

I usually have pretty low expectations for all Maccas locations, but this store really takes the cake. I’m honestly surprised whenever I receive my order and there’s nothing wrong or missing.
Most of the issues I come across with this store are with the McCafe drinks. My usual order contains a deluxe flavoured iced coffee with extra whipped cream. Out of maybe ~30 orders so far, my drink has been correct maybe 5 times total..? You’d think I’d have given up already with those kinda stats.
If it’s not the caramel/vanilla flavour they forget, it’s the extra whipped cream (which costs an extra $1.60 too), or the chocolate powder. Oh and almost never comes with a straw - always surprised when they remember to put one in the bag.
My most recent drink order (a medium size) was only half full of actual coffee/liquid, and they forgot the flavour completely. Hence me writing this review.
I’m so sick of whoever is working the McCafe section. Morning, arvo, evening - doesn’t matter when I order, always a high risk my order is lacking in some way.

i usually order and pickup around midnight. the burger and chips are super dry for most of the times. wish can be improved. Staff are happy and polite. nothing to complain. but the food is the problem.
