A very popular cafe tucked away in the quiet suburb of Nunawading. Under the new management, I was impressed by the organised way customers are seated. The menu is now more interesting with a good mix to suit Eastern and Western palate. The food is well presented and looks appetizing when it arrives. They tasted good too. the only small drawback is the quality of the chips. It was not as creamy as I would have liked it to be when I bite into it.

Arrived for lunch, very busy. Took about 10 mins to be seated despite having a booking.
During our time service was alittle slow and food took some time to come out.
The atmosphere was loud, as it was packed and hard to have conversation but managable.
Despite this the food was good. We ordered the shakshuka, chilli eggs and the croquette off the special menu.
Also ordered the chai tea, i must say this was a highlight as it wasn't the powered version and for those who like it sweet, ask for it to be served with honey. It was delicious..
The Shakshuka was above average thoigh would preper to be gicen more bread as once the breqd ran out, the dish was too rich to eat on its own.
Chilli eggs were okay, average nothing too special.
The croquette special, was interesting, as they were filled with pull pork, the pumpkin pree was nice, but there was a pickled fruit/veg, that was quite salty- so please eat this in small bites and not as whole.
Overall food was decent but service and atmosphere was average.

The best cafe in Melbourne!
This place consistently serves the best coffee in Melbourne! It is smooth, aromatic, and delicious coffee, easily the best in the city. The owner and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is fantastic too, including the pastries and baked goods, which are always fresh and full of flavour. A great spot with great people. Highly recommend!

Peddler's coffee is always perfect, and the team is super warm and cheerful every time I visit. The food is not only tasty but beautifully presented — every plate feels like a little surprise. Such a happy, cosy café in the neighbourhood. Always my first choice for both social and working events.

Had wonderful brunch at this lovely hidden gem! The food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive while we were there. It was definitely busy at the cafe, but the staff still made the effort to check up on us and ask us how our day has been which was really appreciated.
