Hungry Jack's Burgers Forest Hill

Walked in to order 2 takeaway meals. Got home and and open the bag and got 2 completely different burgers to the burgers that I had ordered. I ended up getting a whopper with cheese and a whopper jnr.

Isn’t the drive thru meant to be a fast way of taking away your ‘fast food’? When you microwave everything anyway, why are you making every person wait in waiting bay? How you haven’t gone out of business is beyond me - HJ is the worst take away out of them all when considering quality and service. You clearly employ staff who couldn’t make it through interviews at Maccas - they are all so incompetent

The chicken ribs are extremely dry and overcooked. It's so overcooked it shrieked. The drive through was terrible, the staff spoke very quite, causing me keep on repeating myself. The store is dark, staff were talking to each other's.

I really love the old retro diner style interior. The food was surprisingly good this time and they got my older correct. The only thing is one of the staff members was so shy I asked her a simple question & she immediately wandered off to ask another staff member. Maybe they need a bit more training.

Store cleanliness in here is disgusting. It’s not that busy at 7:45. Plenty of staff to quickly tidy up dining area but no they’re busy chatting. Ordered a barbecue bacon cheeseburger and small fries. Fries were nice fresh and hot. Burger was barely warm, meat was dry. Took it back and asked for a fresh one but apparently they were cleaning the grills. They offered me a refund. Don’t know why you would be cleaning grills around dinner time?
