After nearly 45 years of eating Big Mac I think it’s time to stop wasting my money on a Big Mac meal. I can’t believe the portion of fries I got for a medium meal . Look at the fires portion in the pic . This is a medium fries portion . I barely ate 5 mouth fulls of the fires. As for the Big Mac well it’s certainly shrunk in size since I first tasted the burger .

I took my daughter for breakfast on 23/12/2025 09:55am. Ordered a nuggets meal, the fries looked old, went up to the counter to ask for new ones, and guess what, they just bloody refried the same fries! Why would I say so? The fries came back covered in grease, the old fries was so old it was all soaked with oil! Tasted one, and it was like cardboard! Really disgusted about this, it is not acceptable at all, how can a manager on site deem this servable at all !? What are the quality control you set for your restaurants? Absolutely ridiculous!

I ordered the hot cakes meal last Saturday and specifically asked for no maple syrup and extra butter. Unfortunately, when I got my order, there was no butter at all. I was in a rush to start work, so I didn’t have time to check before leaving. It was disappointing, especially since I made my request clearly. I hope the team can pay closer attention to special instructions next time.

I had a small issue with my food at McDonald’s, but Max handled it really well. He was very respectful, listened carefully, and quickly fixed the problem without any fuss. His great attitude and professionalism made the experience so much better. Thanks, Max, for your awesome customer service!
