Arrive at 9:00 wait over 40mins, poorly managed staff and poor food quality. ordered Wicked wings the skin coated is too thick as fried dough！！ Compared with chicken（ the right box in the photo） my family bought from other KFC store. Nunawading KFC is a disaster.

Had a great experience at this KFC. Staff were genuinely friendly and proactive, which made the service feel smooth and efficient. The store was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable dining environment. Food came out hot and fresh. Overall, a solid and reliable KFC location — happy to recommend.

Went to KFC Nunawading for dinner.
Plenty of parks in the car park off the main road.
Ordered a KFC zinger box, original crispy burger and some wicked wings.
Chips were nicely cooked with a good amount of seasoning. Burgers both as expected. Gravy was a little old and clumpy but was still edible. Wicked wings were fresh and delicious, as was the original recipe.
Tables were kind of dirty and uncleaned despite it not having many customers at the time, we had to wipe it ourselves so we could sit there.
Food was great, would easily go back to this KFC

Waited 30+ minutes in a not too busy store for some Original Recipe. I understand having new staff but the managers didn't seem to mind customers waiting that amount for time while they did other tasks.

For a quick, easy, cheap family dinner on the run it’s good! However all KFC need to bring back the crispy chips they used to serve, not the soggy ones they have now. Service with a smile always stands out for us however some staff are like robots. Toilets can always be cleaner!
