Ordered cake online to pickup at 7pm for a birthday that evening. Advertised as being open until 8pm. Arrived at 7:30pm and store was closed!! Picked up cake the next morning and staff hardly acknowledging the inconvenience and advised I need to speak to the manager. Wrote manager an email, with no reply and store hours still show as open until 8pm.

I placed an order double chocolate cake for 03/10/2024. I went to pick up the cake at 2pm but unfortunately when i take the cake home and about to cut at 5pm it was all frozen. Such a bullshit as the birthday cake turns out as a frozen cake. Such a shame on you guys as i ordered the cake a week earlier and got the frozen cake. Whoever is reading this comment please don’t ever go to this store or order the cake from this shop it’s totally bullshit. To be honest i saw the frozen cake first time in my life.

Very tasty and beautiful decoration on cake. I contacted shop a day before of my friend birthday and requested for customised cake. Owner was really helpful and make my day. Made a cake what I wanted to. Cake was very delicious and not too sweet. I would definitely go next time!

I got a cake here for my son’s birthday, and it was fantastic! The cake was fresh, beautifully decorated, and tasted amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

I wish I can give minus starts for the people run this shop. Please do not trust these people if you have a celebration. They mention 8.00 pm closing time on Google and when you go there they are closed. In addition the lady who was at the counter was rude when we asked why they closed early. Her advise was to check Instagram. I am a person who doesn't use social media and I believe Google is the best way to find the opening hours.
