Went in and spoke to Belinda about my issues with buttercream as I had an order come up. She was spot on with her advice and I got everything I needed in store. The Swiss meringue buttercream icing mixed up like professional icing and was so stable for the cupcakes I had to make. Thank you Belinda!!! Here are some pictures of the end result.

We had my daughters birthday at Cake Decorating Central on the weekend for an under the sea cupcake decorating class. Danni, the host, was absolutely amazing with the girls and they all had such a brilliant time. The cupcakes they made were so impressive and the girls were all so proud afterwards. Would highly recommend CDC for a cake decorating class or cake supplies.

I placed my order late on the Monday night, part was at my door 3 days later from one store and the rest turned up 5 days after that from another.
It’s so great, you place your order and if the product you need is not in stock, they organize the products from their other stores to be delivered to you.
The girls are so helpfully when you call if you have any questions.

Highly recommend! The team at CDC are always very helpful, such as when I needed edible printing but wasn't sure on size - they helped me with my file and then printed them on the spot. The store is well stocked with high quality products and reasonably priced. So great having somewhere like this in the eastern suburbs!
