Asian (Manager I believe), thinks he has the right to actively announce that Closing Time is 10:55p.m. And make announcements on paper that the store is closing in 5 minutes at 10:50p.m. I walked in at 10:50pm, and it eas very annoying an unpleasant shopping here when he got his staff all involved in a close down procedure 5 minutes early. The first thing that happened when I walked in at 10:50pm, was his personal announcement to me that the store will close in 5 minutes, which was incorrect as closing time is 11p.m. He is paid till 11pm, then dont make customers feel unwelcome by employing this poor attitude. I only needed 2 items, and his hostility made shopping at this Woolworths a stressful unpleasant experience. I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM Ringwood and got here with 10 minutes to spare amd I checked out at 1057pm. Stop this Asian Manager from doing this or cut 30 minutes off his shift and have him knock off at 10:30pm if his that desperate to get paid for working less time. If this occurs again, I will be making a written complaint. Unprofessional!

Prefer to travel to this Woolworths supermarket rather than my closet local Woolworths store. Range of products is better, quality of the produce is better, as well as the staff service and overall quality of the store is better than other Woolworths. The store is always well stocked, clean and has plenty of parking available in the Brentford Square complex. Deli staff are expectionally friendly and the bakery has great specials on daily.

I went for groceries this morning in this shop, I and my little boy came about 9 am. We did a self checkout as I saw all the cashiers are busy. The self checkout is half full. One staff, the lady with a long white hair, about mid 50 is in the self checkout area. Once, I asked her help because the machine can find the item that I scanned. She just said SO?? Very rudely although she just speak not so loud, almost whispering. I mean Hey lady, I am doing a self checkout, I even scanning all my groceries by myself despite I have a little one. Can you do your job? Otherwise why are you there for??? Are you supposedly helping the customer? I am happy to do self checkout although sometimes things happened and I am not an expert of your register??? Should I fix the register by myself too in woolies?? I dont know her name but I am sure woolies can find out because I just came this morning, 28 March 2025 about 9-9.30 am. Please dont mention about welcoming customers with a smile.. it is too much for her, the minute I walked in to the self checkout, her face looked unhappy and angry. There were about only 4 customers including me in the self checkout
