One of the best Korean food spots in the area! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted very authentic. Only thing to note is there are no restrooms on-site, and the wait times can get quite long depending on when you go. Still, definitely worth the visit for the quality and flavour!

Homey Korean taste from Mr Lee’s. The menu is not super expansive and it doesn’t need to be. All the dishes were very comfy and homey tasting, but you could also say they might lack a bit of flare, which could be remedied by the dips and sides that were provided. Most dishes provided are more suited for winter. The restaurant is not super English friendly with the signs mostly in Korean only, but since there aren’t a lot of items, most of them you could guess what they mean. The pork hog was both visually impressive and tasted great, the portion was also huge, would recommend ordering it if you have 4 in your party. There aren’t a lot of seats in the shop and there could be quite a lot of customers trying to come in, would recommend coming early or be ready to line up.

One of my favorite restaurants. We eat here quite often for a relaxed and simple meal. They sell pork soup with rice, Korean pork trotters and korean blood sausage. Especially since the weather has been cold recently, warm pork soup with rice and serving with some side dishes is really a good choice for me! I would recommend it to people who like korean food.

This was honestly the best pork hock I’ve ever had — insanely tender, juicy, and it just melts in your mouth with every bite. What really impressed me was the flavor — rich but clean, with absolutely no unpleasant porky smell, which I usually really dislike. Both the meat and the soup were so well-prepared that there wasn’t even a hint of that typical pork odor. The spicy soup? Absolutely spot-on. It had just the right kick and saltiness to keep you coming back for sip after sip — super comforting and flavorful without being too much. Every single one was delicious and clearly made with care. They weren’t your usual boring sides either; each had its own unique taste that perfectly complemented the main dish. From the first bite to the last, everything just tasted right. The flavors were balanced, nothing felt overly seasoned or bland — just pure comfort food done right. Plus, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which really added to the whole experience. Would 100% recommend this place, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again soon!

The only place I will dine at for pork soup with rice and Jokbal. No where else in Melissa can beat the authentic flavour Mr Lee can offer. 10 plus visits and counting.
