I ordered a Double Bacon muffin for breakfast, but each time I received it, there was only one slice of bacon. Additionally, there was eggshell in the egg. This morning, my husband ordered two cheeseburgers and fries to take our child to tutoring and then pick me up for work. When our child messaged us saying that only the fries were in the bag, we had no choice but to go back and reorder what we were missing. We waited for 5-6 minutes in the drive-thru, even though there were no other cars, before anyone responded to our order.
When I went to pick up the food, I informed the staff member about the issue, but they didn't respond or apologize in any way. At the payment window, I asked if the manager was available and explained the situation. The manager understood what was missing and provided the correct items, but their attitude was cold, and there was no apology.
To make matters worse, when I opened my meal in the car, the Double Bacon muffin was still missing the second slice of bacon. I took a bite and found a foreign object in the food. When I tried to take another bite, I found a large piece of eggshell. If this had been for my child, I can't imagine how dangerous this could have been.
This was an incredibly disappointing experience, with poor service and unacceptable food quality. I expect better from McDonald's, and this will be the last time I visit this location.

This McDonald’s store has always been an excellent store to visit. Consistent impeccable customer service from the entire crew. The coffee is ‘out of this world’ - just fantastic - so flavoursome and creamy. But then again it’s been this way for a very long time now. Thank you! We would thoroughly recommend you stop by McDonald’s Wantirna. It’s a really great store. - AWESOME in fact. Good, pleasant Manager with a happy crew. The food as well - always hot and delicious. Honestly, we can’t fault the place. Back for more!

Ordered 6 meals at 6:30pm today and once again the store forgot a burger (Chicken Big Mac). This is the second time — the previous time they missed a Big Mac as well.
I requested fresh fries, but because they forgot part of my order I had to drive back to the store, and by the time I got home the fries were no longer fresh.
The manager told me: “Because your order is big, you need to accept our mistake.”
This is extremely unprofessional. Customers should not be asked to accept repeated errors.
Very disappointing service and poor quality control.
