everytime i go to this maccas and i mean everytime, the food is always so disgusting and dry. there’s always stuff all over the floor and tables. and there’s always at least a 15 minute wait even like for one little drink. this maccas sucks don’t go here it’s actually disgusting everything

I ordered from McDonald’s last week and was disappointed that they forgot to include the sauce for my chicken nuggets. Today, the same thing happened again, and I only got the sauce after reminding them. On top of that, I ordered an Angus burger with extra pickles, but both burgers came with no pickles at all. It is really frustrating when simple requests are not followed, and the quality of service feels careless. Very disappointed.

Ordered $30.25 meal. Poor service. Burgers are old and cold. Large chips contain only half the correct amount. Sauce was missing. DO NOT COME TO THIS Macca's!

Ordered through the app then proceeded through the drive through. Then got told payment hasn’t gone through and to come inside to pay. Attendant then put my order through inside and charged me extra then what was charged in the app, so I just reordered through the app again but it kept glitching. Eventually just ordered on the kiosk paying the extra money. Asked for compensation as I had essentially gone through the process twice. Manager didn’t even apologise for the 15 minute inconvenience and offered a free apple pie which was of no interest. Get home and the burger looks like a pre schooler had made it. Don’t expect anything that resembles customer service here.

More than one self order food machine couldn't prints out the recipient after I did order food. I have to go to counter and asked staff printed out for me. Self order printer doesn't work is not only one time happens. I had this experience is before.
The talbe left dry drop food mark and hard clear it, I asked the staff give cleanly tools try clear it , but it was still complete take the dry drink mark off, even the staff tried help me.
The famle bathroom hand dry doesn't work, it has been one month since I find out last month.
Floor is darty have food and papaer left on floor.
