We had the small value meal which came with a grilled chicken burger, fries and sprite. The grilled chicken was juicy and tender and a great combination with the salad mayo toppings. The fries were thick and yummy. The service was good and we only had to wait for about 15 minutes. The eating area was clean and so was the washroom. Overall, it was an enjoyable healthy fast food meal.

My takeaway meal tonight came with a long hair across my burger. Don’t know how they could miss this when they wrapped it. Hesitated to dig in, but got rid of the hair and decided to go on to eat it - since that was my only dinner ready. Then, there it was again! - another hair stuck inside of the burger. 😏🥴😑😧 Seriously guys.

Don't tend to rate fast food places as they all tend to be average at best, however my experience with this particular Hungry Jacks has been appalling. On multiple occasions they have accepted online orders, Google even says they are open, but when I've arrived there they are closed. No way to get a refund, they just send you to an online feedback form. Manager in the store was rude, dismissive and not helpful in any way. App shouldn't allow orders if the store is closed, if the stores hours have changed, they should also update this on Google so people know when it's open, when a mistake like this is made (by them), they should provide a way to rectify it at the time. Total train wreck of a store and won't be returning.

The service quality is very poor. In the morning, you are very slow. I always have to wait a long time to get my order. You need to prepare and work faster because we have to go to work and the kids have to go to school. We simply cannot afford to waste so much time waiting, because we truly don’t have time to wait in the morning.
