Thanks for the uncooked fries! Was wonderful to get a mouth full of half fries that were cooked and half that were only just thawed and stil ice cold inside. Nice work. Picture shows one cooked and two frozen

It’s been a while since I last ordered a hamburger, and when I opened the wrap, this is what I got… just one slice of pickle, no onion, nothing else — and a bite missing from the meat! I honestly don’t even know how to describe this. Since it was a drive-thru order, I couldn’t be bothered to go back for a refund. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. This isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up my order, but seeing the quality this time really pushed me to my limit.

I visited the Templestowe McDonalds store on 6 Jan 2026 about 8.30 in the morning. The food was fast, hot and good but the service through the drive through was outstanding. An older woman speaking very clearly and in a very friendly manner (quite unusual for McDonalds) took our order. She then took payment with a very happy demeanour. I was extremely impressed as this is quite unusual in any other McDonald’s I have visited. We picked up our order at the next window, again, efficient and friendly. I have never written a McDonald’s review before but if I had it would generally be negative for service. Unfortunately this is not my local store, I really wish it was

I’m not happy with them at all. Each time something goes wrong with our order, it’s a disaster. Today, we ordered two macwings, five pieces, and when I got home, I found that it was chicken nuggets in a macwings box! 😤😣

Hands down the worst maccas in Melbourne. Consistently bad. I've lived in the area for around 5 years now and I've yet to have good quality food or correct orders from here. I have tried eating in, drive through and uber eats, doesn't matter which way you order - it'll be a disappointment. One time when I was pregnant I got a chicken snack wrap where the chicken was raw in the middle!!! Chips are consistently cold or luke warm every time. Always Missing items from orders, today i had to go through the drive through twice just to get my child's order. If I order extra pickles they'll leave out the pickles entirely. The food always comes looking like a dog's breakfast. The people taking the orders are nice enough and doing it correctly but whoever is actually making the food needs to go. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Get your act together guys, it's really not that hard to read a docket and cook the same things you cook every shift properly.
