Absolutely terrible. Complete waste of money.
Zero hygiene – the guy handling food had no gloves, was touching food, answering the phone, and touching everything with the same bare hands. Disgusting.
Waited over 30 minutes in-store for this rubbish. When I opened it, the quality was a joke. No cheese in the “cheesy” garlic bread and no chicken on one entire side of the chicken supreme pizza.
Unhygienic, poor quality, and not worth a single dollar. Never coming back.

The pepperoni pizza was great overall! Although the pepperonis were a bit too salty for my liking, the crispiness compensates that. The cheese, sauce and pizza base were quite nice as well.

Even though we ordered delivery 15 minutes before close we got our food very well made, 11/10 on how quickly it was delivered too, please give the staff a raise because they clearly deserve it

i ordered one paneer pizza and margherita from this shop. i found beef and meat pieces in both the Pizza. it's really ridiculous i am vegetarian! will never recommend this shop to anyone. also the pizza slices were not even cut properly all were sticked to each other. how these people can be so careless.

Order pizzas from Domino's Box Hill tonight. Waited over an hour and order was still in the "order is cooking" phase. Called the store. Got a very rude person answer. Told me they were waiting on drivers and when I said that my pizza would now be cold, was informed they hadn't even put it in the oven yet! When I complained about the wait time, the person said "you're not the only person waiting over an hour for a pizza" with such glee in their voice like it made it better. That's not something to be proud of. I cancelled my order. Never ordering from this Dominos store again. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
