To sum this place up in maybe one or two words - this is some seriously really bloody good and brilliantly excellent pizza. The staff work hard for the sourdough base and it is meticulously crafted using their own culture and always delivers such a fantastic result. The delicately aerated puff and crisp of the crust is totally unmatched. Their commitment to ingredient freshness and consideration into the end-product consistently shines through. From my experience, truly every bite of these pizzas has sparked joy in one way or another.
The signature sound that is the symphonious sourdough crackle of the St Albert's crust has also become an unintentionally integral part of some of the greatest shared memories and moments of my life, and for this I am forever grateful. And mate, don't even get me started on the sourdough donuts - there have been many times where I've eaten at least a dozen by myself, followed by a cup of tea and some self-reflection.
I'd also highly recommend the Prosciutto pizza and any of their vegetarian options, especially the Sorrento, Sicilian, Pesto Veggie, Pumpkin and Eggplant pizzas. On workout days, I like to add either extra feta cheese or chicken (and the chicken they use here is properly roasted real pieces of chicken, not the crumbly-grey-sponge-dust you get at other places). I think I've already mentioned the donuts, but I may as well mention them again here since they are so bloody good - and best when they're fresh! They are the most elegant spongy puffs of fried joy that truly have a unique donut taste experience. Pro-Tip: Ask for the donut toppings on the side, if you would like to have a more controlled amount of sugar.
The consistency of ingredient quality and customer service is outstanding compared to most other 'pizza shops' I've ever experienced. 3+ years strong now. The place always served really yummy pizza and donuts too! We have had many different types and they are all good. Also very good value, highly recommend as a local favourite ❤️

On Monday 9th June 2025 my partner and I went to St Albert’s Pizzeria - Mont Albert through a recommendation by Matt and Christos from St Albert’s Donuts in Forest Hill.
When we first walked in we met Ally and she was bubbly, cheerful and provided excellent customer service. We ordered a Large Supreme without onions and olives, Cheesy Garlic Bread and when handing out our order to us Mark (Owner) surprised us with 10 sugar coated donuts. He was friendly, polite and well mannered. Did we enjoy the food? Yes, it was fresh, hot and delicious. We normally prefer the old school type of shredded ham on our pizza’s though. Cheesy garlic bread was on point and donuts tasted good too. If only there was more variety of donuts. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Was feeling devilish and craving a fast food blowout, something greasy, cheesy, and satisfying enough to knock me into a proper food coma. Let me tell you… this meal delivered.
The pizza was exactly what I needed. The base?Perfect. Toppings were so generous too.
And just when I thought I couldn’t eat another bite, the double choc donuts happened. Delectable. Drenched in rich chocolate, light, fluffy, and downright sinful. A dessert that deserves its own spotlight.
By the end, I was fully knocked out, in the best, most satisfied way possible. If you're after comfort food that hits hard and fast, this is your spot.

This was our first experience with St Albert’s Pizzeria and it seriously blew us away. The service was friendly and efficient, the pizzas and donuts completely outstanding!!! The sourdough crust was crunchy and soft, superior and generous toppings, the garlic bread was incredible and the donuts to finish up…best thing we’ve eaten in a very long time! New fave takeaway ❤️
