Hungry Jack's Burgers La Trobe

I spent around 50 bucks but got no chips and got ice in the drink which I hate the most. Is this the way you guys are robbing your customers? This is disgusting. I called to the store 5times no one picks it up.

The food here is truly five-star. The burger and fries were all freshly made, and the vegetables and tomatoes tasted incredibly fresh. However, the cleanliness of the dining area was a severe letdown. The tables and chairs felt oily. We understood the source of the problem when we observed a staff member cleaning. Wearing blue gloves, he proceeded to clean the tables by sweeping and rubbing them with his bare gloved hands—no cloth or cleaning solution was used. He then used the same hands to sweep and move the chairs, which directly explained why the seating was so oily and poorly maintained.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Hungry Jack’s at La Trobe Street, Melbourne. I paid $11.95 for 5 pieces of chicken tenders, and when I got home with my takeaway, I found that one of the “pieces” was a tiny, unacceptable portion as in the photo attached. This is not what I expect when paying full price. It feels truely unfair to serve such a small piece as one whole portion. For a brand like Hungry Jack’s, I expected better quality control and consistency. Really dissatisfied with this experience.

Took 16 minutes to get some chips. The cheesy BBQ loaded fries. Sure, the wait can take a bit, at least you know your food is coming out fresh. Not this time. The 'sauce' was a cold blob. Freezing cold. Just dumped on top of the chips. To top it off, the attitude of the worker was unapologetic.
