Would be well worth your while to teach your younger staff some social etiquette, particularly the young blonde prancing around today at 5.30. My did she think she was something. Came right up to me very close and stared without speaking. I asked her what was going on, she said I was in her way as she was doing the pricing of some sort. She would not want to try that a second time.

I went in the other day and tried to get the attention of a staff member because I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I found an employee who was doing the online orders in the fridge aisle and stood right next to her talking for about 30 seconds before realising she was talking to someone on the phone with her AirPods in. Incredibly unprofessional. They need more staff on the floor who are capable of helping customers

I had the most exquisite experience at this Woolies with Bella. This beautiful young respectable lady knew exactly what we needed and helped my friends and myself get all of our needs in a punctual manner. I appreciate Bella very much and love to see the enthusiasm and dedication towards customers. If there is any possibility of a raise I fairly and completely believe that Bella should most definitely be the lady to receive that promotion. Store is super clean and nice. BUT, the cashier coughed and I ended up in hospital and was diagnosed with cancer but I'm pretty sure this was not their fault. When I was in the parking lot I was hit by a car and it really hurt because I fell and broke my tail bone. 😭 love the store tho
