Grill'd Eltham

The food was superb and was absolutely delicious. The employees were very very nice. Got the Mighty Melbourne and snack chips, both were very good, however the chips could have used a little more salt.

Visited with family. Food was good and playspace is also good, a few empty tables so not too busy either. But 2 orders and both of us were missing drinks on our orders. Once I had finished my meal, I thought I'd ask at the counter for ours and before I was able to share my order number, or what we had, I was shut down by the staff member with 'yeah, we're swamped, it'll come'. So confused. Another member of staff then came to the table to ask what drinks we were missing to then bring them to us.

Really great service on what was the busiest I have ever seen a grill'd (3/12)! Completely under the pump, with both in store and takeaway, but service was still incredible. Sad to see so many people impatient with the staff and not paying attention to how busy it was. Staff and service is always great, and food amazing!

Best Grilld that I have been to!! The server Momoko helped us out so much and was the best server I have ever had. I wanted sure what to chose and she helped me create my own burger! Shout out to Momoko she was friendly and awesome. They also had a playground which my little boy LOVED. 🥰 Such a enjoyable experience with delicious food. We will be coming back (hope Momoko’s there!!) 😆

The mighty Melbourne was one of the best burgers I've ever tasted!.. & whoever came up with the herb seasoning on the chips is a bloody legend. Had some issues ordering via the app & claiming our free chips but the manager eventually sorted it out. Loved it.. I wish we had Grill'd in New Zealand!
