I ordered four large pizzas by phone. At pickup, the advertised promotion shown on the company’s website was not offered or honored. The promotion clearly stated that for every two large pizzas, a 1.25-litre soft drink and a garlic bread were included. I ordered four large pizzas, which should have qualified for the offer twice. There were no exclusions noted on the advertisement indicating that phone orders were ineligible.
This is misleading and, in my view, constitutes false advertising. Customers should not have to argue for an advertised deal or discover hidden conditions after the fact.
Additionally, while waiting to collect my order, another customer entered the store to complain about service from the previous evening, which further reflected poorly on the business. Based on this experience—both the failure to honor advertised pricing and the general level of service—I will not be returning and will be pursuing this matter further.

My elderly father called to place an order over the phone. The price quoted differed from what was advertised online, after my father asked why the difference, the man became instantly rude and hung up the phone. My father called back and asked to speak with the manager and place his order. To his surprise, the man on the phone WAS the manager.
Should have known better than to bother with Domino's. Turns out the quality of their pizzas is in synergy with the quality of their managers (suboptimal).
Domino's, I challenge you to respond with an original response - not the 'copy/paste' response you've given every other low rating review...

I ordered three pizzas with a drink online using a delivery service two nights ago. Their website showed me I would get my order in 20-30 minutes, but I actually received it one hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order, and all the pizzas were cold, with my drink even missing. I followed up with a complaint to the shop's manager, but unfortunately, he didn’t care and didn’t do anything. I was really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I found their customer service to be really poor.

I never knew it spent an hour to make and deliver a pizza, and what makes it even more weird is the fact when you call them up, they dont answer the phone for 20 minutes, even when you go via the dominos bot on the phone
And then I finally get an answer, its your, oh I just got here, and when I ask who is the staff before you, as they aren't answering the phone, nothing can be said
And then to find out while writing this, the order says delivered, yet no one is here.....
Would love a reimbursement but that doesn't look to be the case if I can't contact them

Worker couldn't even place my order properly 3 times. Overcharged me the first then undercharged me the second time because she put a different item through the menu then I had to give her money back because she didn't know simple math
