La Sera Pizza Pasta & Ribs

Been ordering weekly for the last six months. Pizza’s are ok but delivery times are a joke. Always well over estimates for delivery. Tonight was over two hours without even an apology. That was the final straw. Clearly you don’t need our business so we’ll take it elsewhere.

Delivery service is atrocious. Don’t say a deliver time of 45min when it takes 2 hours. And it’s not one off every time we order it takes doubt the time it says do better at estimating. Usually try and order early at 5.30pm today estimated arrival 6.15pm it arrived at 7.20pm

The worst after being told 20 min i went to pick up. I waited an extra 40 minutes. This is ridiculous. And after that I realised I wasn't given my drink. Went back and got it only to get home and realise they have got our order wrong. I can't believe the waste of time to feed my family thanks for nothing and hope others boycot this establishment.

Use to come here for years and since I’m now back in the area I returned and the food is as good as always. Great/kind staff as well. Thanks guys.

Found several pieces of small plastic inside the pizza. Taste and quality was disappointing. Do not recommend.
