The quality of the food and service over years has gotten so low. I've given it a go a few times and every time I'm so disappointed. 12 months ago I paid $45 or so for a steak to be charged $2 just for mushroom sauce (everywhere else it's included). Steak was tiny and extremely fatty. Took my kids there last night and ordered lamb ragu 'slow cooked'. The lamb was chewy, and one piece had a bone- not slow cooked. The sauce also tasted not very 'tomato' like. I advised them I couldn't eat it and thankfully they let me choose something else but it was just so disappointing. Meanwhile their tv had the bondi shooting all over it and I had my kids with me who kept asking what had happened. I saw other children in the restaurant facing the TV also. I asked that they turn it off to which they said just sit somewhere else. I said no matter where you sit, you can see a TV and kids will simply be kids and turn their heads. I advised them that no one is watching anyway, no sound is on and it's not something everyone wants to see while enjoying dinner especially with children around. They seemed incompetent to understand why this was a problem. I said it's only 30 minutes of news, just turn the TV off which eventually they did figure it out..... I won't ever be returning here again.

I was looking for a some place with relaxing ambience and chilled vibe, I ordered the chicken burger, it was nice juicy and filled with flavors, to accompany it I had stone&wood draft. The staff very friendly and helpful, met with the manager Pankaj who was very charming and respectful personal, had made sure the overall experience was well taken care. I would love to come back with my friends and family

The food was absolutely horrendous. I ordered a fried chicken burger and it came so overcooked in what must've been old oil. I just couldn't eat it. I'm not a very picky person when it comes to food but this was horrible. The serving staff were lovely though.

My family went here for lunch, ordered two wagyu beef burgers, focaccia bread, spaghetti and two mango and passion fruit milkshakes. There’s nothing much to say except that the food was quite mid and it doesn’t quite justify the price point of 138 bucks. I feel like the food here will be suited towards very, very western taste buds. Also, the mango passionfruit smoothie had absolutely no mango flavour in it. Service was amazing though!

Groove Train Greensborough is always a great place to visit for a meal or a quick coffee catch up. Their extensive menu (including alcoholic beverages) offers so many choices that you will find yourself coming back again and again, so you can try everything on the menu.
