My husband & I had a late dinner on a Friday night. It was very busy at our 7:30pm booking. Attention of the staff was hard to get on arrival and we had to make ourselves know. Some tables are quite close together, we were within 30cm of the next table, another couple out for dinner. We were both friendly so it didn’t matter. If you’re after a quiet meal, I’d suggest booking 8/8:30pm. Water on the table and service for drinks took 20 minutes to arrival. However, after that the service was quick and efficient. Entrees were divine. The garlic bread tastes great, although the bread is very dense and you need a sip of water half way! Arancini was amazing! Pasta was the highlight!! Pizza was also great! We had a wonderful time, food was great, a few areas for improvement overall.

My wife and I had a late dinner here tonight. And yes this place looks fantastic. The staff were great especially Mika....she is young, full of enthusiasm and her recommendations I must say were spot on. A breath of fresh air compared to some of the wait staff at other establishments... The food that we had , pepperoni pizza and the pollo fungi gnocchi were outstanding... The strawberry dessert was OK. We should have paid attention to Mikas recommendation but went with this instead. It was very busy when we arrived. However, our drinks and my ice order came out very quickly..... staff were always available for any of our needs. If I was to be (in my wife's words , super critical) , my beer came with a cold glass as it should, but was not poured for me . And when our bottle of red was opened and served, I should have first been given a taste ....before a full pour... for both of us. Mika was not involved in either of these drinks issues, but together they would have made for a perfect evening. Local, delicious and recommended πŸ˜‹

Amazing interior, pretty special. Staff was very thoughtful too. The foods were pretty good too, so yea in general great place to take visitors or go for special evening. Black risotto was amazing, calamari was cooked well, and I like the pizza dough. Nice Italian lemonade

Overall, decent experience, however a touch of pretentious nature can be observed in some of these dishes. The spaghetti was good, however, the $65 eye fillet dish came with 6 fries!! And a bucket load of mash. The salt and pepper calamari was certainly not fresh but it tasted decent. I must say, while there are certain elements that could be changed to appeal better to people that dine here, including the shaky table we were seated at, their service was lovely, atmosphere was nice and this venue has good potential.

The food was average at best. The pasta was lacking something, seasoning or acidity, not sure which but it was bland. My wife didn't like the pizza, the slices of meat tasted like cheap ham.
